Sony Ericsson Purchases Spice?

The news on July 14 reported Sony Ericsson launched a takeover of Indian mobile phone manufacturer SpiceMobile Companies, both sides have already launched negotiating at present. SpiceMobile Company under the jurisdiction of India BKModi group at present, mainly sell the mobile phone products taking Spice as brand name. According to medias of foreign countries, there are 64% of the stocks of SpiceMobile Company in BKModi group, the news of market thinks this group is looking for one with chances to sell this company of 164 million dollars, and this price will be about 3 times of the market value of the stock at present of this company. Meanwhile, there is news that claims, still in process about selling the negotiation of Spice, the purchase agreement has not been decided yet either. It is said, SpiceMobile initial reason that contacts with Sony Ericsson lies in planning to establish a kind of " extensive cooperation and partnership " among both sides ,But the progress with the talks, two companies think and purchase it will be a better choice. The well-informed person still reveals, if Sony Ericsson obtains the stock right above SpiceMobile50%, it must be sold publicly according to the regulation of India. Sony Ericsson hopes to obtain most stock rights at present, but does not determine so far whether to purchase the a hundred per cent stock right yet.
